The field of activity of imed Germany is the organization of medical diagnostics, therapy, rehabilitation and regeneration leave for foreign citizens in Germany and the implementation of all associated accompanying services.

The basic principle of imed Germany is to offer services at the highest possible level. The careful selection of the right medical specialists for the individual needs of our discerning customers is our most important task. Professionalism, reliability, punctuality and discretion are a matter of course for us.

Nisar P. Malek

Prof. Malek studied medicine at the Hannover Medical School between 1989 and 1996, where he earned his doctorate under Prof. Alfred Nordheim. After joining the Department of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Endocrinology under the direction of Prof. Michael P. Manns, he was trained as an internist and gastroenterologist. Sponsored by the DFG, he completed a three-year research stay at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle, USA, from 1998 to 2001, where he began his research into the molecular control of cell division.
In 2008, he was appointed to a W2 professorship within the DFG Cluster of Excellence REBIRTH. Prof. Malek has been medical director of the Medical Clinic 1 at the University Hospital Tübingen since 2011.

Prof. Dr. med. Nisar P. Malek
