We receive at the airport
Our multilingual staff picks up the patients from the airport and, depending on their needs, organizes the transfer to the booked hotel by shuttle or directly to the clinic by patient transport. After the check in we will inform you in detail about the upcoming process and coordinate the support during your stay in Germany. Each patient has a fixed individual contact person from our team.

We bring the patient to the clinic
When entering the clinic numerous documents have to be filled in, contracts have to be closed and organizational questions have to be clarified. We stand by your side, advise and translate. We are also involved in the usual initial diagnostics and discussions with the attending physicians so that any ambiguity can be eliminated right from the start.

We take care of the relatives
If you are accompanied by relatives, we take care of your well-being during your stay in the clinic, offer you an individual cultural program and are especially at hand when organizational problems have to be solved. The University Hospital Tübingen has an excellent reputation far beyond Germany , In 17 clinics and 37 specialist departments, nearly 70,000 inpatients are treated in almost all medical disciplines each year.
